I had a lovely stay at The White Hart. The room was very comfortable with stylish decor and all the amenities you could need. The recently refurbished room came with USB ports, a great touch for convenient charging. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The bed felt amazing. I slept like a baby. Breakfast stood out with varied options, including fresh pastries. Staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, especially Hampton Court Palace, which was just a short walk away. During my visit, the shower pressure could have been better, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. Parking was free and secure, adding to the convenience of the stay.

Had a great time with friends. The location was ideal for exploring, and we loved having easy access to public transport. Wi-Fi was a plus! Breakfast was solid too, catering well to dietary needs.
One downside was the dining experience. I found the food not worth the price. The sandwich I had was dry and unappetizing.

this hotel is amazin with a fab location near the river n shops. the room was super comfy and had all the lil extras like a coffee machine n free water. staff were all really friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast had loads of tasty options. loved that it was close to everything we wanted to see!
only thing that bugged us was a bit of noise from the pub n other guests at night. also, the coffee machine was a lil tricky to work sometimes.

Exceptional service from the staff, especially their attentiveness to dietary needs, made our stay remarkable. The freshly prepared eggs at breakfast were a highlight, and the meals we had throughout the day were consistently delicious. we found the automatic gratuity a bit confusing, especially since there were only two of us, and the entrance to the hotel could use clearer signage.

A Charming Stay with Great Service
We spent two lovely nights here, enjoying the beautifully furnished Deluxe King Room. The staff went above and beyond, even assisting us with parking. Breakfast was a highlight, made to order and delicious. For a peaceful sleep, request a room away from any air conditioning units.

Charming room designs, especially the Deluxe King, felt like a cozy retreat with quality furnishings. The hotel is nestled in a quiet courtyard, providing secure parking that made the arrival smooth, and the proximity to local shopping was a bonus.
The breakfast setup led to a bit of confusion, as there was a 'please wait here' sign that could be easily overlooked, causing some guests to miss out on the menu options. While the dinner menu had decent choices, the portions were on the smaller side and the lack of healthy options, like salads or pastas, felt limiting. The ambiance in the dining area could use some tidying. old doors stacked against the windows gave off a neglected vibe, and the overall experience felt a bit rushed rather than settled.

Just a fine choice for a brief pause in Kingston upon Thames with best value for money ratio. The air con in the room worked really well, which was a relief. Look out for the tasty pie at dinner.
